Order Processing

• TiTi.POEM operates under a direct shipping model, meaning each brand ships orders directly to you.
• Processing times vary by brand and product type (e.g., ready-to-ship, made-to-order).
• Orders are usually processed within 3–5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping Rates

• United Kingdom: £5.50 flat rate (up to 2kg)
• European Union: £15.00 flat rate (up to 2kg)
• China & Other International Destinations: £25.00 flat rate (up to 2kg)
• Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Times

• UK: 2–5 working days.
• EU: 3–7 working days.
• China & International: 7–14 working days.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.

Tracking

• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
• Tracking updates are available via the courier’s website.

Customs and Duties

• For orders delivered outside the UK, customs duties and taxes may apply.
• These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

Multiple Items in One Order

• Orders containing items from different brands may arrive in separate parcels.
• Each parcel will have its own tracking number.
