When will my order be shipped?

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment on the courier’s website.
Returns
How do I return an item?

Are earrings and custom-made items returnable?
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Custom-made, personalised, or one-of-a-kind items are non-returnable, unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return costs.
Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?
For orders delivered outside the UK, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or dispatched.
